continuous form report - receipt printer
What's the proper paper size setting if you want to do a receipt printer
report, that's a continuous form? I don't really see an option for a
continuous paper size.

- I didn't mean continuous form as in an access form. I meant a continuous
roll of paper. As in 2.5" receipt printer paper...
